  Borsch with beans Lima

  Ingredients:

  Water - 1.5 liters

  Beans Lima - 0.5 cups

  White cabbage - 0,5 pcs.

  Beet - 1 pc.

  Carrots - 1 pc.

  Onions - 1 pc.

  Tomato paste or tomato sauce with herbs -200 gr.

  Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

  Table vinegar - 1 tbsp.

  Sweet peas, bay leaf, seasoning - to taste

  Greens and sour cream - for filing

  Preparation:

  Beans pre-rinse, soak in cold water and leave for 8-10 hours in the refrigerator. Beetroot bake in the oven in foil. Cook the beans in a separate saucepan until cooked. Cabbage finely chop and cook in water until half-ready. Onion finely chopped, grate the carrots. Spice the onions and carrots in a frying pan. Grate beetroot on a large grater and lightly put in vegetable oil. The baked beet thus retains the maximum number of beneficial properties. As a passerel, add tomato paste or tomato sauce mixed with warm water (you can from the saucepan where cabbage is cooked). After warming the tomato sauce, mix it with beets and put out for 1-2 minutes under the lid. When the cabbage is almost ready, add the cooked beans, vegetables stewed in a pan, sweet peas, bay leaf, spices (hops-suneli) and cook a few more minutes into the pan. Turn off the fire, add the vinegar, cover and let the soup brew for 10-15 minutes. You can serve borsch with greens and sour cream.

  Pizza on a zucchini dough

  Ingredients:

  Marrow - 1 pc.

  Tomato "cream" - 4 pcs.

  Flour, whole grains - 2 tbsp.

  Pepper Bulgarian red - 1 pc.

  Cheese - to taste

  Preparation:

  Vegetables and egg thoroughly rinse.

  Without removing peel, grate zucchini on a large grater, add a small amount of salt and leave for 15 minutes. Cut tomatoes and peppers into rings.

  Preparation:

  Wash the vegetables thoroughly. Pumpkin peel and seeds. Onions and carrots clean. All cut into small pieces. In the sauté pan pour a small amount of vegetable oil, heat, pass the onions until softened. Add the carrots to the onions and also simmer until half cooked. Add the pumpkin to the onions and carrots, cover and simmer until softened. While the pumpkin is extinguished, boil water. When the pumpkin is completely soft, pour in water to lightly cover the vegetables. Mix everything blender to one mass without lumps, adding salt and nutmeg. In the finished soup, add a small amount of heated cream, decorate with greens.

  Cottage cheese curd

  Ingredients:

  Curd - 2 pack.

  Oat flakes - 5 tablespoons

  Baking Powder - 2 tsp.

  Egg of chicken - 2 pcs.

  Raisins - 1 handful

  Vanillin - on the tip of the knife

  Stevia in tablets - to taste

  Preparation:

  Oatmeal grind in a coffee grinder in flour. Stevia tablets dissolve in a small amount of warm water. Mix all the ingredients in one bowl. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, while the oven is warming up, cover the baking tray with baking paper, put small balls the size of a walnut with wet hands. Bake for 10 minutes. Cookies can be served immediately hot.

  Cheesecakes with tomatoes

  Ingredients:

  Cottage cheese - 1 package

  Flour oatmeal - 5 tbsp. spoons

  Egg of chicken - 1 pc.

  Tomato - 1 pc.

  Spices to taste

  Preparation:

  Mix in a bowl of cottage cheese, egg, oatmeal (it can also be cooked, grinding in a coffee grinder oat flakes) and spices. Tomato scalded with boiling water and cut into small cubes. The resulting mass thoroughly mix. Wet hands to form small balls and place them on a heated frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Spread the balls lightly with a spatula.   Chicken shish kebabs

  Ingredients:

  Preparation:

  Preheat the oven. Chicken fillet cut into large cubes (2 * 2 cm), marinate in soy sauce, garlic and paprika for at least 10 minutes. Skewers for chicken kebabs soak in water for 10 minutes. Put it in a fire-resistant form or on a grate and bake under a grill for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 250 degrees.

  Chicken cutlets with green beans

  Preparation:

  Pre-unfrozen beans. chicken fillet washed under cold water, remove excess fat, bone remnants, cut into large chunks and put in a blender bowl. Chop stuffing. Transfer the minced meat into a bowl, and pour the beans and onions into the bowl of the blender, cut into several pieces. To cutlets preserved juicy, too small to cut beans with onions is not worth it. The resulting mass is added to the chicken forcemeat.

  In the mince add flour, hammer in the egg and mix. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, sprinkle it with flour a little. Wet hands to form cutlets and put on paper.   Beans and peas with onions

  Ingredients:

  Frozen string beans - 400 g

  Green peas frozen - 400

  Onion turnip - 400 g

  Butter - 3 tbsp. l.

  Amaranth flour - 2 tbsp.

  Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.

  Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.

  Garlic 1-2 cloves

  Fennel greens

  Salt

  Preparation:

  In a frying pan (it is better to take an enameled frying pan of a FOC), melt ¾ tbsp. l. butter, put frozen green peas, fry 3-4 minutes. Bury the lid and put it out on a low heat until it is ready. In the same way we will do the same with string beans. Cut the onion thinly.

  Spasershuem in butter. Let's add the amaranth flour. Fry, stirring constantly, 3-4 minutes. Tomato paste is diluted in 1 glass of water, we pour into a frying pan, mix it, boil it. Let's add lemon juice. Fill with salt, put the greens of dill. Warm up 3-4 minutes. Peas and beans put in a frying pan to the onions, mix. Add the chopped garlic. Warm up 3-4 minutes. Remove from the fire. When serving, decorate the slices with fresh tomatoes.

  "Smart" Salad

  Ingredients:

  Frozen string beans - 200 g

  Green peas frozen - 200 g

  Fresh cabbage - 300 g

  Apple - 100 g

  Tomatoes - 2 pcs.

  Salad is green, better some kind of sharp, like a sheet of mustard

  Parsley and dill

  Lemon juice - 1,5 tbsp.

  Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.

  Salt

  Preparation:

  Cauliflower, green peas and beans are boiled separately in salted water. When cooking green peas and cauliflower in the water, add a few peas of sweet pepper to get rid of the smell.

  Let's cool it. Take the pepper. We cut the tomatoes with thin rings.

  Apples cut into small cubes and immediately pour lemon juice so that they do not darken. Now let's start packing all the components:

  The bottom of a suitable plate is lined with lettuce, pre-washed. On the edge of the plate - tomatoes in one layer. Put the s
tring bean ring. Cauliflower is also a ring. We fill the middle with peas.

  Musaka with meat

  Ingredients:

  Boiled meat (beef) - 500 g

  Zucchini - 400 g

  Eggplant - 400 g

  Tomatoes - 2 pcs.

  Sour cream 250 g

  Onion-turnip - 200 g

  Garlic - 3 cloves

  Eggs - 3 pieces.

  Ketchup - 1,5 tbsp.

  Amaranth flour - 3 tbsp.

  Cheese grated - 1 tbsp.

  Vegetable oil

  Green parsley

  Leaves of white cabbage - 1-2 pcs.

  Salt

  Preparation:

  Eggplant and zucchini we will clean from pedicels and peel, a pomace

  cut into slices 0.3 cm. We fill in the salted amaranth flour, fry separately. Boiled meat let's go through a meat grinder and mix it with a thin onion. Add eggs, ketchup, salt. Good mix. At the bottom of the mold we put pre-scalded cabbage leaves, when using a ceramic mold, no lubrication of the mold is required. On the cabbage leaf - a layer of eggplant, and a little chopped garlic, on eggplant - a thin layer of minced meat, for minced - a layer of zucchini and a little chopped garlic. And so, alternating minced meat with individual vegetables, fill the whole form. From above put a layer of tomato, which previously cut into thin - 0,3 cm - circles.Salt, sprinkle with garlic and chopped parsley. Let's pour sour cream with whipped egg and salt. Top with shredded cheese. We place in a hot (220 C) oven for 20 - 25 minutes. Ready moussaka slightly cool, cut into portions. You can serve sour cream or sour cream sauce with mousse.
